Customer service was excellent, going the extra mile to track down a partial address. Replacement controller was easy to install.

Works well for my test solar power rig

I'm just learning about setting up a solar power system on a small scale - learning by watching videos, reading books and doing what I can with what I can afford. Would love to just buy a full-out set-up system but those are expensive! So...I have a couple of 12V 200W solar panels and I have 3 different pairs (wired in series) LiFePO4 batteries (one pair is 12V, 8Ah wired in series to be 16Ah, another pair is 12V, 16Ah or 32Ah, and the last is 12V, 32Ah or 64Ah) plus a 2000W inverter and a 3000W inverter. This charge controller is set up between my solar panel and battery set to ensure a full charge and so I know when the batteries can be removed from the solar panel and another set added. I am working with these smaller sets as emergency power for when my house goes dark. I had a five day period last year without power and was not prepared. With this solar charge controller on my smaller solar set up, I'm feeling good about facing the next time the grid goes down (along with other preparations I've made).

Works great for my needs

I got a large solar panel to power a large garage light. I won't be using the light much so I thought I should take some of that power and siphon it into a deep cycle battery. All I needed was a charge controller and this fit the bill. It is very simple with pos/neg on each input/output from solar panel to battery. This should work great for my needs.
