Our lithium batteries are welded and assembled in Houston, TX from the best quality cells available.
Our engineering team tears down a lot of similar battery packs and we notice a lot of battery packs out there in today’s “throw away” products are produced with bad welds. These bad batteries are built by operators who can often times go years without noticing lack of fusion, improper calibration, electrode wear, and other preventable weld defects. But not us! Cutting Edge Power has designed and built our own state-of-the-art welding machines that run all day and night to produce the highest quality packs we can. Operators are required to maintain a rigorous QC program which includes frequent destructive testing of the welds.
This means our batteries are safer, last longer, and withstand more abuse to maximize your investment and provide a better value than any other battery out there!

YES! Cells are imported from the most reputable cell manufacturers in the world. Then they're welded and installed in plastic holders. The plastic holders are then assembled and mounted inside your solar generator. All of this is done in Houston, TX. Welding is done with special purpose-built machines that we designed!

Cutting Edge Power Solar Generators are customized just for you. We've carefully selected the drop downs on each of our solar generators to only show compatible options. If for any rare chance we run into any issues, we will make sure to contact you before we proceed.
We do! But we prefer our lithium ion batteries. We use the same battery cells that companies like BMW and Ryobi use. Our unique designs allow our batteries to be lightweight and compact, but still have plenty of performance.
This means you get maximum performance out of the smallest size possible. Which in turn means we can fit more of our batteries in our solar generators compared to LiFePO4 batteries.
