What are the types of solar panel mounts?

There are two types of mounts for solar panels: ground and roof mounts.

The most popular mounts are the roof ones due to the best place to set up solar panels is on a South facing roof and at angle of around 30 degrees, to make solar panels more efficient. If your roof faces a different direction the effect will still be good enough to provide your home with clean energy, but a south-facing roof will always fare better. Please, make sure there is no shade in the place you are going to set up your solar panels. Remember that you can use different types of mounting that depends on your roof.
