Does Cutting Edge Power charge a shipping fee?
FREE shipping is standard for all products delivered in the continental United States. For International orders, a small shipping fee may be required at checkout. Cutting Edge Power is not responsible for taxes, duties, or customs fees. All import fees and documentation must be handled by the Buyer. See the shipping policy.
How long does it take Cutting Edge Power to ship my order?
Cutting Edge Power offers a variety of products. Each one requires a different amount of time to be built, tested, and shipped. You can access the current lead times through this link.
My product arrived damaged. What do I do?
Occasionally, shipments are damaged in transit. In order for us to file a claim with the carrier, please email photos of the following items to Support@CuttingEdgePower.com
1. Photos of external packaging
2. Photos of internal packaging
3. Photos of the damaged item (details and zoom out)
Once we receive the information, we will start the replacement process for you.

What is the cancelation policy?
You can cancel your order for a full refund, as long as the products haven't shipped. Please, email us at Sales@Cuttingedgepower.com Orders over $5,000 may be subject to a materials fee if canceled close to the shipping date.
What is the return Policy?
Cutting Edge Power accepts returns for a period of 60 days after the order is delivered. Please start the request at the Returns Center.
