Compatible with almost all imported wind turbine flanges, this 1/2" thick steel flange can be welded directly to your turbine's pole. It's the same flange we use on our complete pipe to flange adapter.
Most imported wind turbines are provided with one of the following: A rough, hand-cut and drilled flange made out of recycled material. These flanges are usually galvanized with nickel or another plating that's toxic when welded. Or they're provided without a flange, leaving you to "figure it out" and make or find your own. Our 1/2" thick steel flange will mate to almost any turbine.

- A-36 Carbon steel (36,000 PSI tensile strength), used in the structural, boiler, and shipyard industries is extremely easy to MIG, TIG or stick/arc/MMA weld.
This is a 1/2" thick carbon steel flange compatible with most import wind turbines. It's designed to be welded and does not have a zinc or galvanized finish. Zinc and galvanized finishes which will produce harmful fumes when welded.
